Simply Jam'n Boards was born out of my passion for food & wanting to utilize my creativity in a new way. Gathering friends and family around food has always been a way for me to express my love to them.
I am a Catawba County Native and love the city of Hickory. I take pride in providing a unique quality product to my friends, family and community.
Simply Jam'n Boards specializes in creating one of a kind grazing & charcuterie experiences with fresh, quality ingredients. So whether you’re looking for a quick snack from our grab ‘n go fridge at our shop in Hollar Mill or if you’re needing help with making your event, wedding or gathering unforgettable we are here to assist.
Jessica Anaya is the owner of Simply Jam’n Boards, a charcuterie shop that offers custom charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables for corporate and special events in the Hickory, North Carolina area. In addition to event catering, customers visiting the store enjoy grab-and-go charcuterie boxes made daily, a retail area, and workshops where groups can learn cheesy artistry skills for their own homemade boards.
Jessica found her passion for creating, cooking, and sharing food with others as early as her home economics class in high school. She studied Culinary Arts at Asheville-Buncombe Technical College, but eventually found her way back home to the Hickory food scene. Jessica has been featured in local publications as well as Our State Magazine for her charcuterie work. She lives in Hickory with her husband and three children. She loves to read, garden, attend church, travel, and experience local food wherever she goes.
